Cnat log out or change account key - Guild Wars Forums

I created an account in the in game NCsoft store weeks/months ago and forgot all but the name of the user name, Support has failed numerous times to get back to me on resetting my password for the web store version, I am wondering if there is a way to edit my account or even remove my GW account from the ingame Store, to allow me to attach it to the the new account I made with NCsoft. ....
